Creating Content

Most of the content of MadCap Flare projects is contained within topics. Topics are similar to Microsoft Word documents in that they can contain text and images all pertaining to a specific subject. You can contain also create special kinds of text in MadCap Flare, such as drop-down text that a user can interact with, or cross-references that take a user directly to another topic. Each of these topics resides in the Content Explorer, along with images and snippets. The content explorer also contains stylesheets and some other formatting files.
